I wanna start making stick figure comics and post them online. What program can I use that makes the formatting easy and is meant for stick figure comic strips, or just comic strips. I wanna be able to save a character and move his limbs and stuff.

well i think u can do that with photo shop or u can use photo shop and make blog then u can post ur comics on there its the easiest way for me
