i would go to a comic store and ask them how they do it. or just look at their walls to see how they do it.
good luck!
Try a glue stick out you may have to re-apply glue to the back of it every year or so but it wont be noticeable nor will it tarnish the quality of the comic.

Or if you do not care about any kind of oily stains being left on the back of the comic you can also use Blu-Tack, it’s like a type of putty adhesive that sticks things together but as I said it will leave a really oily stain if you leave it on for to long.

If that’s not strong enough for you can try out Liquid Nail, but I don’t recommend this because once you use it on something it will never come off with out damaging the item in the process.

try blue-tack invisible,unnoticeable and doesn’t damage anything
<Cringe> I hope you dont ruin your comics. Can you xerox them instead? I’d try to frame them or something that will not put holes, or sticky or anything else bad on them. Even the sunlight will bleach them over time. I would not recommend doing this to comics you love, and why would you want to display comics you dont? Marvel seriously _just_ released a 200 anniversary poster book that is probably still available at your local pulp shop. My walls are now covered in thor, deadpool, luke cage and daredevil all without ruining any of my comics (though I wish I had two copies of Strange and Deadpool, best cover art evar).
