The "Black Issue" - which **had an all-black cover** and was a tribute to the fallen on 9/11 - was Volume 2 #36; but expect to pay a lot if you want to own a copy, they go for $30-$80 a piece. It was reprinted in "Marvel Must Haves" #2, which goes for a much more reasonabe $4 or less.
It's actually not that great - I mean, it's OK but if it wasn't for why it was written it wouldn't be remarkable at all.
