And also i have heard of a place in Glasgow called A1 Comics do they sell any manga?
Forbidden Planet would be the best shop for you I think. They are the best place for getting anime and manga in the UK that I have found. (I studied abroad in various places in the UK for a year) They also have lots of anime merchandise and other hard to find cult collectibles like rare Dr. Who merchandise and such.
