In the Main series there’s 12 of them released. The numbering in the US is sort of confusing since the first US FFI was actually one of the later titles in Japan, but this has since been fixed and the sequel numbering are on par with each other.
Aside from the main series, there’s spinoffs like FF Tactics, Crystal bearers, and the newer spinoffs coming out around when FFXIII is released.
