However, I SHOULD note that right after the previous boss fight, you're able to explore Gran Pulse so much that you'll probably be doing the Mission Sidequests or finding chests, or even grinding for at least 5 or more hours before you go on with the game. So although there's yet another Eidolon fight, it feels like a long time. And just for the record, no I do not consider the mission sidequests as bosses, and therefore will not record or upload them. There are 64 total, but only 17 I believe are doable before you must carry on with the story. I would recommend doing all 17, though. Some turn into teleports, which help you around Gran Pulse. *Boss* Hecatoncheir *Overview* Many people get stuck on this fight, or have great trouble. I admit, it's a pretty tough fight. Nothing you can't handle with a little strategy though. If you didn't do much in Gran Pulse though, then you may have quite a bit of trouble with this. Notice the stat differences for the characters between this and the previous boss. Once again, you can Retry to set up Paradigms yourself. If not, just stick to the defaults. I stuck with the defaults, but your call. Is this after you go through that cave in Gran Pulse? Currently I’m working on the missions at the moment. And I’ve wanted to work up my CP and weapons to the point where taking down a Behemoth King becomes easy.
And one more question, do you come back to Gran Pulse Later?

You can return to Gran Pulse in the final chapter, and after you beat the game. I’d suggest only doing Missions 1-17 in the Gran Pulse area, then doing the ones along the way through the cave all the way up to Oreba.

I’m pretty sure than raising the chain bonus gauge makes it much easier to fill gestalt. Maybe it even works in conjunction with the debuffing?
