Where can I get comic books CGC graded?
I have a lot of comic books and I want to get some CGC graded but I don't want to have to send them somewhere. I live in santa rosa, CA. close to san francisco. I am thinking about selling some but I want to get them graded for more money.
You only have two choices: either send them to CGC, or go to a comics convention where they do on-site grading. There is no other way, it's not like they can just come to your house.
I sent a few books in with a comic store owner who was getting a few of his graded. But the others I have I either bought graded, or got graded on site at a convention.
What books were you planning to get graded?

Cadiz and its beaches at the Costa de la Luz
Cadiz is the oldest continuously inhabited city in Spain. The city is situated on a narrow spit of land within the province bearing the same name, in the Andalucía region.
Due to the city’s long and varied history there are many interesting and well preserved buildings and structures to be found within its relatively compact boundaries. The city is also full of contrasts, with the Old City and its narrow winding streets, opening to wide Plazas, seemingly jostling for space next to the more modern buildings and their wider avenues. You can find a lot of Costa de la Luz Hotels over there.
Most of the magnificent and notable landmarks of this city are to be found within these many Plazas. One of the more memorable being the Baroque style cathedral - which was constructed over a 116 year period. This stands in the Plaza de la Catedral, along with the similarly styled Santiago church. The nearby El Arco De La Rosa, along with the El Arco De Los Blanco are the old city gates and are all that remain of the old wall that protected the city for many years. The remains of an ancient Roman theatre had been unearthed following a fire in 1980. The theatre, which is still in the process of being excavated, has proven to be the second largest in the world, after Pompeii. All these historical sightseeing highlights can be easily reached from any Costa de la Luz accommodation.
The ever popular Carnival Of Cadiz, which takes place in February, is one of the most anxiously anticipated activities of the year, with endless rehearsals and public demonstrations taking place throughout the city. The carnival has a real satirical edge with comical music pieces, in line with the reputation of the people of Cadiz having the best sense of humour in the whole of Spain!
For beach lovers visiting the city, they do not have to venture far to find beautiful beaches. The Playa de la Caleta is located with a magnificent backdrop, between the castles of San Sebastian and Santa Catalina in the Old City. The beach consists of 400 metres of gently sloping sand and was featured in the James Bond Film - “Die Another Day”.
The much longer La Playa de la Victoria is a popular beach with locals and visiting families alike, due to its moderate swell and lack of rocks. This beach is situated near to the newer part of the city and is approximately three kilometres long. There is a varied selection of restaurants, shops and Costa de la Luz Hotels close to the beach on the other side of the long promenade.
Enjoying excellent views of the old district of Cadiz, La Playa de Santa Maria del Mar is a smaller beach, situated between these two much busier beaches.
Venturing outside the city, there are a wealth of excellent beaches to be found on the surrounding Costa de la Luz. The finest examples of theses are to be found at Zahara de los Atunes, La Antilla, Chiclana de la Frontera and Chipiona, all of which are to found just a short drive away.
Considering the city’s geographical size, Cadiz manages to squeeze a vast amount of interesting ancient buildings, activities and beaches in a relatively small area, making it an ideal short stay for those wishing to do as much as possible, without having to travel too extensively. The surrounding beaches on the nearby Costa de la Luz also makes the city an ideal two centre holiday.
